How do I reset my Hubfluence password?From the login page hit Forgot Password, enter your email, and follow the reset link. Tokens expire after one hour for security.
Outreach sequences not sendingSequences pause when the TikTok invite quota is zero, the auth token expired, or the linked product was archived. Check those three first.
Connecting your TikTok Shop accountSettings, Integrations, Connect TikTok Shop. Authenticate as the shop owner inside Seller Center, then Hubfluence syncs products and metrics.
Connecting TikTok Affiliate ManagerSettings, Integrations, Setup Affiliate Manager. Accept the pending invite inside TikTok Shop. Outreach fires from Hubfluence once connected.
Samples or sample requests missingSamples not loading usually means the sequence linked to that product was paused or the TikTok Shop sync hasn't run yet. Refresh and recheck.
Can't add a product to a sequenceThe product is either archived, unlisted, or out of stock on TikTok Shop. Republish it in Seller Center and the dropdown will pick it up.
Request failed with status code 404The 404 means TikTok's API returned nothing for a product or bot config. Refresh the page, recheck the product is live, then reconnect TikTok.
Invite count update frequencyHubfluence syncs invite counts from TikTok Shop every few hours. Force a manual refresh by reloading the Outreach Sequences page.
Why is/was my outreach sequence paused?Understanding how TikTok's rate limits impact outreach sequence delivery and when your outreach sequences will resume automatically.
