If you're seeing "Failed to fetch product," your product field staying blank when you try to attach a SKU, or the outreach sequence refusing to launch with a product error, the cause is almost always an expired TikTok auth connection. The product list lives on TikTok's side, and Hubfluence pulls it through your authenticated integration — when that auth token times out, the dropdown comes back empty even though your shop has products live.
The fix takes about two minutes. Head into Settings, open the Integrations tab, and click Disconnect TikTok. Then reconnect your shop through the secure auth flow — that hands Hubfluence a fresh token. Jump back into your outreach sequence and try attaching the product again, and it should show up immediately.
If the product list is still empty after a clean reconnect, the next thing worth checking is whether the product is actually live in your TikTok Shop. Drafts, archived SKUs, and anything that hasn't cleared TikTok's review won't show up in the affiliate-eligible feed, even when they exist in your Seller Center catalog.
Still hitting an error after both fixes? Message in our Discord and we'll pull your integration logs to see exactly what TikTok is sending back.
