Connecting your TikTok Shop account

Settings, Integrations, Connect TikTok Shop. Authenticate as the shop owner inside Seller Center, then Hubfluence syncs products and metrics.

Connecting your TikTok Shop is the first thing you'll want to do after signing up — outreach, campaigns, and sample logistics all run on top of that connection. The whole flow takes about ninety seconds and uses TikTok's official secure auth, so there's no password sharing, no scrapers, and nothing sketchy touching your Seller Center.

Log in to Hubfluence here, open the panel from the top-left sidebar, click account settings, then Apps and Integrations. Then click Connect TikTok Shop.

You'll get bounced over to TikTok Seller Center to log in and approve the permissions Hubfluence needs to send invites and pull creator data. Approve it, TikTok sends you right back to the dashboard, and your campaigns, sample requests, and creator activity start syncing right away.

If the connection fails, nine times out of ten it's because your TikTok Shop hasn't been fully verified in Seller Center yet — affiliate features stay locked until TikTok finishes verifying your shop.

If that's not it, try disconnecting the integration and reconnecting it. That usually fixes weird auth issues by forcing TikTok to hand us a fresh token.
