Managing multiple TikTok Shops

One Hubfluence workspace handles multiple connected TikTok Shops. Add each shop under Integrations and switch between them in the top bar.

Hubfluence is built for operators who run more than one brand. Whether you're an agency managing fifteen client shops or a holding-company operator with three of your own brands under one roof, the platform supports unlimited TikTok Shop workspaces under a single Hubfluence login — each one fully isolated for campaigns, message history, sample logistics, and analytics.

The model is one license per TikTok Shop. Each license unlocks a dedicated workspace, and every workspace keeps its own creator lists, outreach campaigns, message threads, and reporting completely separated from every other shop you manage.

Switching between shops is fast. The workspace dropdown sits in the Account Settings page of your dashboard, and clicking through swaps the entire context — campaigns, creators, samples, and analytics all change to match the shop you've selected. Team invites also work per workspace, so you can assign a VA to one client's shop without giving them visibility into the rest of your portfolio.
