A blank Sample Requests is usually one of three things, and you can rule them out in a couple of minutes. Start with a manual page refresh — soft reload or hard refresh, either tends to clear a stuck loading state since sample data fetches happen on page load and occasionally drop a packet during a slow sync.
If you just connected your TikTok Shop or added a new store within the last few minutes, the silence is normal. Sample data has to flow from TikTok's affiliate system into our database, and that initial sync window typically takes between five and fifteen minutes for active shops with existing creator activity.
New shops with zero affiliate history will show empty until the first creator actually requests a sample, since there's nothing to display yet. Give it ten minutes after a fresh connection before assuming anything's broken.
When a refresh and a sync wait don't fix it, the issue is almost always a stale TikTok auth token. The Sample Requests pulls request data through your authenticated integration, and if that token has expired silently (which sometimes happens after a period of inactivity), the page renders the layout but no rows.
Head into Settings, open Integrations, disconnect TikTok Shop, then reconnect through the secure auth flow. Once the integration shows green, the Sample Requests should repopulate within a minute.

Samples or sample requests missing
Samples not loading usually means the sequence linked to that product was paused or the TikTok Shop sync hasn't run yet. Refresh and recheck.
