How do I reset my Hubfluence password?
Recover a forgotten password or update your login credentials from the sign-in screen.
Resetting your Hubfluence password takes about thirty seconds.
Log out of any active Hubfluence sessions first, then head over to the Sign In page and click the "Forgot Password" button below the sign-in fields.
Enter the email address tied to your account and a reset link lands in your inbox within a couple of minutes. Click through, set a new password, and you're back in.
If the reset email doesn't show up, check your spam folder first — Gmail occasionally routes transactional emails into Promotions instead of Inbox. Make sure the email you entered matches the one your workspace was created under, since a typo or a personal-vs-work email mismatch is the most common reason a reset email looks like it disappeared.
If your team uses a shared mailbox or alias for Hubfluence, the reset link goes to whichever email address is on the account record, not necessarily the one you log in from on a daily basis.
