Canceling is something you can do yourself in under a minute, no email back-and-forth required. Stripe powers the cancellation flow, so it works the same way it does for any other Stripe-billed product you've used.
From inside your Hubfluence account, head to Settings and open the Billing tab. Click Manage Plan, which kicks you over to the Stripe portal where you'll see a Cancel plan button. One click confirms it.
Your subscription stays live until the end of the current billing period after that. Nothing gets charged again, and every feature keeps working until the period wraps. Change of heart? You can reactivate anytime during that window without losing data.
