Invite count update frequency

Hubfluence syncs invite counts from TikTok Shop every few hours. Force a manual refresh by reloading the Outreach Sequences page.

When you launch an outreach sequence, the bot starts firing invites almost immediately, but the dashboard counters and analytics don't update on the same cadence. Invite counts and creator-level metrics refresh every four hours on a sync cycle, which means an outreach sequence you started ten minutes ago can show zero new creators in the dashboard even though several hundred invites are already on their way to TikTok.

The way to confirm outreach is actually happening is to look at the outreach sequence status. As long as it shows "processing," the bot is sending. The analytics layer just hasn't caught up yet. The Creator Quota counter in the bottom left of the home page updates more frequently (roughly every hour), so if you want a faster signal that invites are flowing, watching the quota tick down is the clearest tell.

What this means in practice: don't restart an outreach sequence or duplicate a bot just because the dashboard hasn't moved in the first thirty minutes. Restarts and duplicates can confuse the queue and occasionally cause double-invites to the same creator, which burns quota for no reason. Wait at least four hours before assuming something's wrong, and check the outreach sequence status during that window to confirm the bot is in a processing state rather than paused or errored.

Still seeing zero movement after four-plus hours and a processing status? Email [email protected] or hop into our Discord support server and we'll pull your outreach sequence logs to see what's happening.
