To connect the Hubfluence Affiliate Manager
Go to the Hubfluence homepage.
Hitting Settings > Integrations > Click Setup shown below
Follow the steps shown here:
Once connected and verified, Hubfluence will be able to manage creator invites, outreach campaigns, and affiliate workflows directly through your TikTok Shop.
This connection is required to send automated outreach and manage creator relationships at scale.
What happens after you connect?
After the Affiliate Manager is connected, you’ll be able to:
Send creator invites through Hubfluence campaigns
Track creator responses and collaboration status
Manage outreach without manually inviting creators in TikTok Shop
Keep all creator activity synced with your TikTok Shop account
You can confirm the connection inside Hubfluence under Integrations, where the Affiliate Manager status will show as connected.
Troubleshooting tips
If you’re having trouble connecting:
Make sure you are an admin on the TikTok Shop account
Double-check that the invitation was accepted successfully
If issues persist, message us in our Discord support server.
