📌 Overview
Hubfluence displays the number of available invites exactly as it is provided by TikTok Shop. If your dashboard shows 0 invites or an invite amount that doesn’t match your expectations, this is usually due to how TikTok Shop calculates invite limits.
Invite limits are based on creator- and affiliate-attributed GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). General shop purchases or total GMV that is not tied to creator or affiliate content does not count toward invite quota.
📊 How Invite Limits Are Calculated
TikTok Shop determines your invite quantity using creator-attributed GMV and affiliate-attributed GMV.
Only sales that TikTok attributes to creator or affiliate videos increase invite eligibility.
Total shop sales that are not tied to creator/affiliate attribution do not impact invite limits.
Example
Sales Source | Counted Toward Invite Limit? |
Creator video–linked GMV | ✅ Yes |
Affiliate link–linked GMV | ✅ Yes |
Direct shop purchases (no attribution) | ❌ No |
Off-platform sales | ❌ No |
📥 Where Hubfluence Gets Invite Data
Hubfluence does not calculate invite limits. All invite quantities are pulled directly from your connected TikTok Shop.
We retrieve:
Current invite quota
Remaining invite balance
Outreach limits
If TikTok Shop reports zero invites, Hubfluence will also show zero.
🤖 How the Invite DM Outreach Bot Works
The Invite DM Outreach bot operates within the invite limits TikTok Shop provides:
The bot reads your available invite quantity from TikTok Shop.
It sends outreach messages up to that limit.
The bot stops automatically when the quota is reached.
Hubfluence cannot increase or modify TikTok’s invite limit.
❓ Why You Might See “0 Invites”
You may see zero invites if:
Your creator/affiliate-attributed GMV is currently low or zero.
TikTok has not updated your invite limit yet.
Your shop was recently connected and not fully synced.
You have not crossed TikTok’s threshold that enables outreach.
These situations can result in your dashboard showing a lower-than-expected invite count.
