What is the “Starter Pack”?
The Starter Pack gives every brand a chance to build creator momentum before scaling up.
Your Starter Pack includes:
1,000 outreach invites to new, unconnected creators
Unlimited access to creators regardless of follower count
No GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) requirement to begin outreach
Once you hit your 1,000 invite limit, you’ll transition into a GMV-based plan.
After the Starter Pack, TikTok caps new creator outbound messages based on your 30‑day GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), with limits refreshed every Sunday:

Creators you’ve already messaged or who respond are not counted against this limit.

3. Daily messaging rate

Here’s how many new creators the bot can message per day, based on your GMV tier (assuming a 7-day week):
≤ $0 GMV: 0 messages/week
≤ $2K GMV: 2,000/week
$2K – $50K GMV: 7,000/week
> $50K+ GMV: Unlimited
