Why did my Hubfluence subscription price change?

Explains Hubfluence’s automatic upgrade system based on outreach activity and usage tiers.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

If you noticed a change in your monthly price, it’s likely because your plan automatically upgraded based on your store's rolling 30 day GMV and/or outreach volume.

Hubfluence uses a usage-based billing model. This means:

  • Plans scale with the number of creator invites/outreach messages you send based off of your TikTok Shop's GMV thresholds

  • Once you exceed the limits of your current plan, you’re automatically moved into the next tier to keep campaigns running without interruption so we can make the most out of your limits

  • You’ll be notified by email and inside your dashboard when an upgrade is triggered

Why we do this:

  • Rather than cut off your access mid-campaign, we keep your momentum going and ensure uninterrupted messaging — especially during peak campaign windows.

What you can do:

  • You can view your current plan and usage in the Settings > Billing tab

  • If you want to downgrade at any time, you can do so directly in your billing page under settings
