Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your Hubfluence plan at any time through your billing portal.
To change your plan:
Go to Settings > Billing
Click All Plans or Upgrade Subscription from the photo below
Choose a new plan from the options shown
Stripe will automatically apply a prorated charge or credit based on your current usage. Your plan will switch immediately.
