If you're seeing errors like:
“Failed to fetch product”
Unable to add a product for an Open or Target Collaboration Campaign
Product field stays blank or the campaign won’t launch
You’re likely dealing with an expired TikTok Auth connection.
✅ How to Fix It:
Go to Settings → Integrations
Click Disconnect TikTok
Reconnect your TikTok Shop account
Go back to your campaign and try adding the product again
