If the Creator Database page is not loading or is showing blank, it is almost always a quick client-side or auth fix. Here is the order to try things in.

A blank Creator Database page is usually fixed by refreshing, confirming you are logged in with a working connection, or reconnecting your TikTok Shop integration. Work through refresh, connection check, disconnect and reconnect TikTok Shop, then log out and back in. If none of those clear it, reach us on Discord.
