Why can't I add a product to a sequence?

The product is either archived, unlisted, or out of stock on TikTok Shop. Republish it in Seller Center and the dropdown will pick it up.

If you see "Failed to fetch product," a blank product field when you try to attach a SKU, or a sequence that refuses to launch with a product error, the cause is almost always an expired TikTok auth connection.

Quick answer

A blank or failing product field means your TikTok auth token has expired. The product list lives on TikTok's side and Hubfluence pulls it through your authenticated integration, so a timed-out token returns an empty dropdown even when your shop has products live. Fix it by disconnecting and reconnecting TikTok Shop under Settings, Integrations. If it is still empty, confirm the product is actually live (not a draft or archived).

Reconnect your TikTok Shop

The fix takes about two minutes. Go to Settings, open the Integrations tab, and click Disconnect TikTok. Then reconnect your shop through the secure auth flow, which hands Hubfluence a fresh token. Jump back into your sequence and try attaching the product again, and it should show up immediately.

If the list is still empty

If the product list is still empty after a clean reconnect, check whether the product is actually live in your TikTok Shop. Drafts, archived SKUs, and anything that has not cleared TikTok's review will not show up in the affiliate-eligible feed, even when they exist in your Seller Center catalog.
