The creator invite count and analytics on your campaign dashboard update every 4 hours.
This means if you launch a campaign bot and refresh the page within the first 30 minutes or even the first hour, you may not immediately see new creators listed in the dashboard yet — but the outreach is still happening in the background as long as it's listed as "processing".
As for the Creator Quota invite count in the bottom left of the home page, that updates generally every hour.

No need to restart or duplicate your bot
You’ll see updated metrics once the next sync cycle runs
💡 Tip: If you’re not seeing movement right away, wait at least 4 hours before troubleshooting. The bot continues working even if the analytics haven’t caught up yet.
