Connect your Gmail workspace first
Email Hub only fills up once your Gmail workspace is connected under Settings, Apps and Integrations. That connection is what pulls creator replies into Hubfluence. Without it, replies still arrive, but they sit in the mailbox you sent from and your team has to work them there.
