When you launch a sequence, the bot starts sending almost immediately, but the dashboard counters do not update on the same cadence. Here is how the sync timing actually works so you do not restart a sequence that is already running.
Quick answer
Invite counts and creator-level analytics refresh every four hours on a sync cycle, so a sequence you started ten minutes ago can show zero new creators even though hundreds of invites are already sending. The Creator Quota counter in the bottom left updates roughly hourly, so watch it tick down for a faster signal. Do not restart or duplicate a sequence just because the dashboard has not moved yet.
How the sync cycle works
Invite counts and creator-level metrics refresh every four hours on a sync cycle, which means an outreach sequence you started ten minutes ago can show zero new creators in the dashboard even though several hundred invites are already on their way to TikTok. The way to confirm outreach is actually happening is to look at the sequence status. As long as it shows "processing," the bot is sending. The analytics layer just has not caught up yet.
The fastest signal that invites are flowing
The Creator Quota counter in the bottom left of the home page updates more frequently, roughly every hour. If you want a faster signal that invites are flowing, watching the quota tick down is the clearest tell.
Do not restart the sequence too early
Do not restart a sequence or duplicate a bot just because the dashboard has not moved in the first thirty minutes. Restarts and duplicates can confuse the queue and occasionally cause double-invites to the same creator, which burns quota for no reason. Wait at least four hours before assuming something is wrong, and check the sequence status during that window to confirm the bot is processing rather than paused or errored.
