Connecting the Affiliate Manager is the second piece of TikTok Shop setup. Authenticating your shop is the first step. This one gives Hubfluence permission to actually send invites and messages through TikTok's official affiliate channels.
Quick answer
Go to Settings, Apps and Integrations, and click Setup next to Affiliate Manager. Hubfluence sends you to TikTok Shop's Affiliate Manager settings, where a pending invitation from Hubfluence is waiting. Accept it and you are authorized to run Target Invites, Open Collab Invites, and creator messages from your sequences. Only a TikTok Shop admin can accept the invite.
How to connect it
Inside Hubfluence, go to Settings, open the Apps and Integrations tab, and click Setup next to Affiliate Manager. You will be sent to TikTok Shop's Affiliate Manager settings, where you will see a pending invitation from Hubfluence waiting. Accept it, and you are authorized. The integration flips to connected on the Hubfluence side and you can start running outreach right away.
What connecting it unlocks
Once it is connected, you can fire creator invites from Hubfluence sequences, watch responses and collab status from the Message Hub, and skip ever manually inviting creators inside Seller Center again. Everything stays in sync with your TikTok Shop in real time.
If the invitation is not going through
If the invitation is not going through, it is almost always a permissions issue. Only an admin on the TikTok Shop account can accept Affiliate Manager invites, so a sub-account or operator role gets stuck at the handshake. Double-check that the invite actually got accepted (TikTok sometimes silently swallows the click), and if the status still looks off after a few minutes, reload Hubfluence to force a fresh sync.
