Do you have follow-up sequence message templates after samples are sent out?

Follow-up sequences help turn free samples into sales-driving content. Use these messages at key stages to stay top-of-mind.

Once a creator accepts your offer and receives a sample, your job’s not done — it’s just getting started.

Below are plug-and-play follow-up templates designed to move creators through the funnel — from sample received to sales generated.

🧊 1. Sample Received

Send this once tracking shows the sample has landed.

“Hey [creator_name], hope your sample arrived safe! We can’t wait to see what you cook up. If you need inspo or training, jump in our creator Discord: [discord_link]”

🎥 2. First Video Posted

When you see their first post go live.

“🔥 You’re live! Your first post looks awesome — appreciate you tagging us. If you want us to boost it with ads (Spark), just shoot us the code or turn on mass auth 🙌”

💸 3. First Sale Made

Send when they hit 1 sale. Celebrate momentum.

“You made your first sale!! This is just the start. Keep posting and you’ll climb our creator leaderboard. Hit 10 sales and we’ll DM you a surprise 👀”

📈 4. 10 Videos Posted

Recognize consistency. Use as a reward hook.

“10 videos already?! You’re a machine. We dropped an exclusive training in our Discord for top creators. Come grab it: [discord_link]”

💤 5. No Post After 7 Days

Use this nudge if they ghost after receiving product.

“Still got that sample? No pressure, just checking in. If you need content help or want 1-on-1 training, let us know. We’re here to help you get paid.”

🔁 How to Use These

  • Save each message inside your Hubfluence CRM sequences

  • Customize with tags like [creator_name] and [discord_link]

  • Set reminders to follow up at key milestones (sample delivered, 1st sale, etc.)

These messages increase post rates, drive sales, and show creators you're invested in their success.

Let us know if you want these built into a default automation inside your workspace.
