What happens if my payment fails?

Understand how failed charges are handled and how to restore access.

If your payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over several days. During that window, you’ll receive email reminders to update your payment method.

If all retries fail:

  • Your Hubfluence access will be paused

  • Any active outreach campaigns will stop

  • You’ll need to update your billing info to resume service

To fix it:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Edit Payment Information

  2. Update your card on file

  3. The system will auto-charge the new method and restore your access
