If your payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over several days. During that window, you’ll receive email reminders to update your payment method.
If all retries fail:
Your Hubfluence access will be paused
Any active outreach campaigns will stop
You’ll need to update your billing info to resume service
To fix it:
Go to Settings > Billing > Edit Payment Information
Update your card on file
The system will auto-charge the new method and restore your access
