Each TikTok Shop you connect to Hubfluence runs on its own license. To add another store, you buy an additional license and connect the new shop as a separate workspace. Here are the three places you can do it.

Add another store by purchasing an extra license and connecting the new shop as its own workspace. You can do it from the workspace dropdown (New Workspace) or from the Billing page (Add Shop or Buy Licenses). Each shop lives in its own workspace and is billed separately. Agencies running 3 or more brands qualify for a license discount.
From the workspace dropdown
Click the dropdown in the top left where your brand name is shown.
Click New Workspace.
Purchase another license to connect a new TikTok Shop.
From the billing page
You can also add a shop from your billing page. Click Add Shop or Buy Licenses and follow the prompts. If you are an agency and need several licenses at once, this is the fastest path.
Running multiple shops
Each connected shop lives in its own workspace, and you switch between them from the top-left dropdown. Pricing is per shop, so every license is billed separately based on the plan you choose for it. Running 3 or more brands' shops? You may qualify for an agency discount on your licenses.
