Forgot your password or need to update your login? You can reset it yourself from the sign-in screen in about thirty seconds.

Log out, go to the Sign In page, and click Forgot Password below the sign-in fields. Enter your account email and a reset link arrives within a couple of minutes. Click through, set a new password, and you are back in. If the email does not arrive, check spam and Promotions, and confirm you used the exact email your workspace was created under.

Log out of any active Hubfluence sessions first, then go to the Sign In page and click Forgot Password below the sign-in fields. Enter the email address tied to your account and a reset link lands in your inbox within a couple of minutes. Click through, set a new password, and you are back in.

Check your spam folder first. Gmail occasionally routes transactional emails into Promotions instead of Inbox. Make sure the email you entered matches the one your workspace was created under, since a typo or a personal-vs-work email mismatch is the most common reason a reset email looks like it disappeared. If your team uses a shared mailbox or alias, the reset link goes to whichever email is on the account record, not necessarily the one you log in from daily.
